Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your licence with no refund, and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property law.
GrowRain provides a 30-day refund policy for this digital product. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or believe the product was not as described, contact support@growrain.com within 30 days of purchase and request a refund.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable JVZoo vendor and payment terms. We may ask for the order reference so we can locate the transaction and process the request.
For technical delivery problems, contact support@growrain.com and we will first help resolve the access issue. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The GrowRain AI Creator System is an educational product only. Nothing in this product constitutes a promise, guarantee, or representation of any specific income, earnings, revenue, or results.

Your purchase grants you a personal use licence only. No ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights are transferred to you by this purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowRain, its owners, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this product, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any commercial damages or losses.
GrowRain's total liability to you for any claim arising from this product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product (USD $27).
GrowRain may terminate your licence immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in your possession. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.
